Do you do refunds?


Yes, as long as the product has not been damaged. If it arrived damaged, take a photo of it and the packaging and send it to us in an email. We will send you a new box/packaging if that is damaged for you to send it back to us and refund you your money OR send you an undamaged product (your choice).




How long will my order take?


It depends on if we have the item in stock. If it is in stock it will be shipped the next business day; however, we are located in a rural area and so shipping may take about a day longer than expected. If it's a custom sizing than it will take ~1 month. Custom orders depend greatly on how complex/how detailed it is, as well as what type of item it is (the larger the item the more time it will likely take). If it's a time-sensitve issue, send us an email and we will try to get it out to you ASAP (and it that's simply not possible due to either your or our time constraints we will let you know).




Why are some things priced so much more than others?


There are two reasons this happens: 1. It is much more detailed. 2. The fabric is more expensive (e.g. linen, silk, fancy cottons).




Can you do any of the old 'In Stitches' designs?


Yes, we can. However for some of the templates etc. are buried in my old mentor's boxes and it will take time for her to look for them. Also some of the fabrics may be different (as some are no longer made).




Do you guys do wholesale?


The short answer is 'yes'. However, be aware that currently we are only two people, so don't expect to get 50 stoles sent to you in say a 2 months. We are happy to work with you to get larger oders but it does take us a while for large orders (especially if it's during the school year).




Do you do things other than liturgical art?


Yes! Have some sort of fabric art idea you want made? Send us an email! We'd love to work with you!
